Therapists will walk away from this introductory cohort having learned the mechanics of RPGs (Role Playing Games) in therapy, as well as having hands on experience playing RPGs.

RPGs are stigmatized as a group of nerdy middle schoolers dressing up and acting out funny voices (hello, stranger things).

However, RPGs DOES NOT need to involve you acting, performing, or dressing up.

Think of it more as narrative therapy wrapped up into a game
