Next Chapter:
High School Senior
 Group Therapy

A place for high school seniors to ditch feeling anxious about their senior year and instead find ways to thrive, even in the midst of the unknown.

Cool Springs Group Therapy for High School Seniors: Co-ed

The “Next Chapter Seniors” group is specifically designed for high school seniors who are navigating the transition from high school to their next phase of life, whether it be college, vocational training, or entering the workforce. This group aims to support students during this pivotal moment by addressing common struggles and providing a space for growth and shared experiences.

Often in individual counseling sessions we hear our high school seniors reflect very similar concerns and feelings about this stage of life.

These concerns generally center around feeling uncertain and anxious about their future, or confused around who they are versus what they feel others expect them to be.

Often times our teens reflect feeling stuck and isolated inside these unique experiences.

At Replenish Her, we feel it is important to create a space for our seniors to connect with peers that are experiencing similar excitements and fears.

Joining the senior group will be a pivotal step in a senior’s journey, transforming how they view themselves and their future.

Graduates of this group will not only have navigated the challenges of their final year of high school with grace and resilience but will also step into the next chapter of their lives with confidence, a supportive community behind them, and a toolkit of strategies for success. This experience promises to be transformative, setting the foundation for a fulfilling, self-aware, and empowered adulthood.

Group Topics ..

Academic Pressure
Participants will learn and develop effective coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and the pressures of senior year. They'll leave the group with a toolkit of personal resilience practices that can help them navigate not only the immediate challenges of high school but also future stressors in college and beyond.
Social Isolation
By joining the group, individuals will experience a profound sense of belonging and community. Sharing experiences and challenges with peers who understand and can relate breaks down feelings of isolation, replacing them with a supportive network that can last a lifetime.
Uncertainty About the Future
Through guided discussions, activities, and reflection, participants will gain clearer insights into their interests, values, and potential career paths. This clarity will make the overwhelming array of post-graduation choices more manageable and aligned with their personal goals and aspirations.
Personal Challenges
The group will provide a safe space for students to explore their strengths, weaknesses, dreams, and fears, fostering a stronger sense of self. This self-awareness and confidence boost will empower them to make decisions about their future with greater clarity and conviction.
Emotional Overwhelm
Students will learn to better understand, express, and manage their emotions, as well as empathize with others. This emotional intelligence is key to building strong relationships, succeeding in various life roles, and maintaining mental health.
